As per Digital Policy, no charge will be deducted while providing the refund to any customer. Customer should get the full payment as refund. If the above return conditions are fulfilled, customers will receive a new product in exchange. If it is not possible to exchange the product, payment will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days from the return date and the order will be treated as canceled. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

We are dealing mainly Cash On Delivery (COD) method. If after delivery customer has any complain with products quality, quantity or any damage, we return those product within 3days from day of customer complain. And customer will get solution within 3days from day of arriving product in our office or warehouse. After receiving customer order sometimes vendor unable to give ordering products. In this case if we unable to give product then refund process will be execute within 24 hours from receiving notification from vendor. Customer will get his/her full paid amount refund & no charge will be deducted.
